Here's how the Program Works:
Each Head Start Programs
a. Promote this event to your families and staff with the materials provided.
b. Set a date for sign ups and $ collection before the due date. Be sure to give yourself enough time to follow up with folks in your program who may have signed up but forgot to pay.
c. When your ticket sales window has closed, submit your order for tickets here (https://forms.gle/TtF3PfRvLT5g9bx58) by May 3 11:59pm. Each Head Start program only submits one order form for all participants in your program. Programs will receive a PayPal invoice for payment after the above form is complete. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. To avoid issues or errors, please be sure the contact info on the form is correct and associated with an active PayPal account.
d. Have an exceptional staff or family member of a child enrolled in your program? Submit a nomination for All Star Caregiver (family member or guardian of a child) and/or Staff member here https://forms.gle/mLNowhvzHsy4ad2R6 also by May 3 11:59pm.
We will review your ticket and nomination forms and reach out with any questions between May 4-6.
e. CHSA will purchase and the Rockies will mail tickets to participating programs between May 9-19th. CHSA board members will review All Star nominations the week of May 9th and contact winners directly sometime that week.
